Awarded many times in national and internation competitions, our wines excel thanks to their ageing process in barrels. In 1992, in an effort to stand out from the crowd, we set up this expensive but efficient structure that give to our exquisite wines many benefits:
Our wines age in 225-litre barrels or in 450-litre French oak barrels.
Wines from the “Modus Vivendi” range stay 2 years in barrels, whereas “Bâton Rouge” (Barbera and Sangiovese) matures 4 years in new casks.
Storing
We store our bottles during one year (or more if necessary) in air conditioned cellars to give our wines melted and silky tannins, as well as complete harmony.
Distribution
This way, we can provide our private our professional customers wines that are simultaneously aged and ready for consumption.
Our customers no longer have to store our wines by themselves. It is thus a win-win situation for everyone.
